Rigged Elections

The main contest was between Abid farooq of PPPP and Ali Ghulam of PML (F). At around 11 pm in the night results were received from around 60 polling stations out of 90. Then as the results stopped coming in. At that time the contest was neck to neck and Ch Abid although was in a deficit of 2,000 votes was in a strong position as he already had got good results in his opponent’s strongholds.

Now a strange thing happened the results for remaining 30 polling stations came in the next morning after a long delay while they were the smallest polling stations and their results should have come in at around 3 hours after close of polls while the came in after 15 hours of long delay

And astoundingly the gave a 17,000 votes lead to PML (F). The polling agents of PPPP were amazed as the results that came in were not what they have seen.

The results were manipulated in the night and at around 3 pm PML (F) activists restarted the polling and rigged the polls by stamping 100's of votes.

These results were deliberately held back to see the situation and when PML(F) saw they were to going to loose they delayed the results of these polling stations and changed it in the night.

The facts on ground were:

1. Polling agents of PPPP were beaten and forced out of polling stations and harassed.
   
2. Police, presiding officers, assistant presiding officers all belonged to PML (F).
   
3. The last 30 polling stations whose result was delayed were very small in terms of registered vote and there result should have come in within 3 hours but it took 15 hours to get a 100% turnout result from these stations.
   

Bad for you PML (F) if you cannot win it fair call it a quits.
